The beach is fine, perfect for lazy days with friends. Don't miss the Holbox Ferry and Paseo Kuka Beach Path for great views and fun activities. The staff was super friendly, and the yoga classes were a nice touch. Just be prepared for dining prices to be a bit on the high side.

The fried fish at the restaurant was to die for, bursting with flavors that send your taste buds soaring! Plus, the beachfront location is fine. And the staff were genuinely friendly, especially in reception after our room change.
Dude, the noise levels were a total vibe killer-like, I could hear my neighbors' Netflix at full blast. Not to mention the service at breakfast was super confusing. I was charged extra for eggs when I thought it was all included. Felt more like a budget Airbnb than a luxury stay.

The spacious layout of the hotel makes wandering around easy, and the eco-friendly design blends nicely with the natural surroundings. The intimate vibe is perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway without the throngs of tourists.
Despite the appealing aesthetics, I faced issues that dampened the experience. Sound insulation is practically non-existent. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was limited, and extra charges piled up for items that should be standard. The cleaning schedule was also questionable. I had to remind staff about basic cleanups. Considering the price, I expected much better service efficiency and less focus on the superficial.
